Sam Carter graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.  He then attended Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. In his third year of law school, Sam conducted misdemeanor criminal trials on his own as a court-certified law clerk. Since passing the California Bar Examination in 2019, Mr. Carter has solely practiced workers’ compensation defense throughout both northern and southern California. 

Mr. Carter’s free time includes going to the beach, reading, and spending time with friends and family.  He is an avid supporter of both the San Francisco Giants and the San Francisco 49ers and, thus, another staple in his leisure time is cheering on both, whether in person or on TV.
