Winston was born and raised in southern California.

Eventually, his love for building relationships led him into client services roles at both statewide and nationwide workers’ compensation defense firms.  Because of his past experience and his hands-on training from leading workers’ compensation professionals, Winston has excelled in his client relations role.  In particular, his focus on the clients' needs facilitates delivery of excellent legal services along with quantifiable reporting metrics to support the level of performance.  Winston’s attention to detail and client focus makes him an immeasurable addition to the CBE Law Group team.

In his free time, Winston enjoys spending quality time with his family and spends a lot of time outdoors.
