Amy Wan is a Los Angeles native. She earned her Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, and Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California.
She has garnered multiple awards during her career. She was named one of ten women to watch in legal technology by the American Bar Association Journal in 2014 and one of 18 millennials changing legaltech by law.com in 2018. She was also nominated as a Finalist for the Corporate Counsel of the Year Award 2015 by LA Business Journal.
Mrs. Wan has authored articles for multiple legal publications, including practice guides for Bloomberg Law and Lexis Nexus.
She has also previously founded two other companies and was a Presidential Management Fellow at the United Stated Department of Commerce and Department of Transportation.
She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two sons. She is on the Board of Directors of Sedona Butterfly Effect, a non-profit committed to supporting families with medically complex or terminally ill children, named after her late daughter Sedona.
