Associate Attorney
Jessica McClung was born in San Clemente, CA and grew up in the Central Valley. Jessica received her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Fresno, where she was on the President's List for four quarters, Dean's List for six quarters, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Jessica served as Vice President of Sigma Alpha Lambda Honor Society and was a Life Member of the Golden Key Honor Society. While attending college, Jessica worked for a franchise office of one of the world’s largest fast-food restaurants, where she created the company’s Injury and Illness Prevention Program, represented the restaurant in small claims and EDD proceedings, and assisted in reducing the restaurant’s workers’ compensation insurance premium.
Jessica attended San Joaquin College of Law, where she received six Witkin Awards for academic excellence and graduated with honors. Jessica served as Class Representative and Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, Vice President of Delta Theta Phi International Law Fraternity, and received the Leon S. Peters Foundation Leadership Award. While in law school, Jessica worked as a Certified Law Student, where she obtained valuable experience representing clients in state and federal court proceedings.
Jessica has worked as an associate attorney defending workers’ compensation cases statewide since 2015. Jessica continues to reside in the Central Valley, where she enjoys disc golfing, acrylic painting, traveling, and taking her dog on hikes.
