Jessica Palmer was born in Southern California and raised in the Bay Area. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from San Francisco State University in 2007.

While working full time as a Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner, she earned her Juris Doctor from San Francisco Law School in 2018. Ms. Palmer's experience with Workers’ Compensation led her to litigation defense, representing insurance companies and third- party administrators, when she ultimately joined CBE Law in 2020.

Ms. Palmer currently resides in Long Beach and loves to spend time with family and friends in her spare time.
