Jerilyn Favia was raised in Orange County, California. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and is a licensed insurance broker with the California Department of Insurance.

After spending an active 16 years in the insurance industry specializing in personal lines and small business, Jerilyn took her knowledge to a manufacturing start-up based in Costa Mesa, California, where she became the company’s COO, maintaining key operational procedures, creating new processes, and ensuring day-to-day operational excellence. Jerilyn's positive attitude, attention to detail, and initiative, make her a inestimable member of the CBE Law Group team.

Jerilyn enjoys sports, dining with family and friends, and spending time with her husband, her two kids, and her little farm of pets.
