Shane Sandvig was born and raised in Simi Valley, CA where he graduated as valedictorian at Royal High School. Shane received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California – Santa Barbara in 2019 prior to beginning his legal career at Southwestern Law School in 2020.

While at Southwestern, Shane worked as a certified law clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office where he gained essential court experience conducting preliminary hearings. Shane started his career in workers’ compensation in 2022, working as a law clerk for two years during law school. In 2023, Shane graduated from Southwestern in the top 30% and received the Dean’s Merit Award for his academic excellence. After passing the California Bar Examination in 2023, Shane began his legal practice as an attorney in the workers’ compensation industry, where he represents self-insured employers, third party administrators, and insurance companies in defense of workers’ compensation matters. Shane is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.

In his spare time, Shane enjoys golfing, working on house projects, and spending time with friends in family. Shane remains an avid sports fan with his favorite teams being the Minnesota Vikings, Los Angeles Kings, and Los Angeles Dodgers. He currently resides in Simi Valley with his wife and baby daughter.
